All data between your device and 4mtoto travels over SSL encryption. Your password is hashed on our servers and never stored in plain text. Payment data is tokenized and never held in full.

Request account closure from your settings. Any remaining balance is withdrawn via your payment method within 5 business days. Closure is permanent and cannot be reversed.

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident in a supported region. We verify age and identity during registration using third-party databases. False information results in immediate account suspension.

Standard disputes are investigated within 14 days. Complex cases may take 30 days. You'll receive a case update every 7 days if investigation extends beyond 14 days.
